THE HUE
Korean Boseong Red Tea by Teas Unique is definitely not one of the darkest black teas that I have steeped. It being a lightly oxidized tea plays a big part in its translucent caramel hue.
THE SCENT
Korean Boseong Red Tea by Teas Unique smells like a quality fresh red tea. Sweet caramel fills the air when the kettle water touches the leaves.
THE SIP
Without 2 teaspoons of honey, Korean Boseong Red Tea by Teas Unique tastes like a light but full bodied black tea; heavy but not malty or astringent. A sweet caramel aftertaste lingers well after each sip.
With 2 teaspoons of honey, Korean Boseong Red Tea by Teas Unique tastes exactly like it does without honey except the flavors are accentuated. Such a fresh and high quality black tea puts me in the mood for chilled summer sips.
THE EFFECT
I am absolutely sipping Korean Boseong Red Tea chilled this summer and I may blend it with some other herbs. Who needs warm tea when I have this super fluffy and cozy jacket? (lol)
