I can't sleep...

 

Drowsiness during the day and insomnia at night, don't you just love jet-lag? Um, no. No one likes to spend the first week of their trip confused about what time it is, staying up all night and not being able to get up and seize the day. After all, I can bet that 'seizing the day' is the first thing listed on your itinerary...

 

Thankfully, there's a tea that can help you catch some Zzz's during the time that everyone else is catching them.

 

 

Dream on Tea by K&G Blended is a sleepy-time tea that will relax you and put you to sleep within 10-20 minutes. It’s important that you’re already in a relaxed setting for it to have a full effect, or at least that’s what I noticed when I was testing its efficiency.
