One of the most captivating stories that I read as a teenager remains one of my beloved and cherished novels. “Forever Amber” by Kathleen Winsor, hands-down, ranks undoubtedly high amongst the best written novels of 17th-century England and the Royal Court. Winsor’s writing style is the reason why I fell in love with novels whose settings take place in the 16th and 17th centuries. After seeing this Book Review, I am sure that “Forever Amber” will find a place on your bookshelf if it not already has.

I can still recall my math teacher asking me to put this book down in high school. In class, I found myself fantasizing about Amber’s exquisite and adventurous life while simultaneously trying to master linear equations and computations. Amber’s escapades, detailed by Kathleen Winsor, were as intricate and complex as a quadratic equation; I found her radical expressions to be quite entertaining.
“Forever Amber” by Kathleen Winsor will forever be etched in my mind as one of the best reads that I have ever sunk my nose into. Such a classic should not be absent on your TBR list nor your bookshelf!
