I hate to even trigger our trauma responses by mentioning the year 2020 but I feel like an inevitable anxiety attack just may be worth it if we're speaking about tea. Focusing on all of the beautiful teas that I sipped last year can, perhaps, act as a preventative measure; what do you think?
