Lavender Lemonade

Lavender Lemonade

I’ve been meaning to do a lavender lemonade Recipe of my own ever since I visited a tea shop named TeaNY in New York. Their lavender lemonade was tasty but I knew that I could add my own spin to the Recipe by using honey instead of sugar to sweeten it. I put it in a Mason jar of course because…well…everything tastes better in a Mason jar (lol).

In this article, you will find simple instructions on how to make my Lavender Lemonade Recipe. Be sure to subscribe to Tea End Blog to be automatically entered to win free tea/books/stuff during Tea End Blog Give-Aways!

  • Lemon juice from 6 lemons

  • 2 tablespoons of Lavender

  • approx. 2 tablespoons of Honey

*dried Lavender Buds were used in this Recipe

Step 1: Squeeze lemons for lemon juice into a small mason jar and set aside.

Step 2: Steep Lavender in about 8 ounces of water until steep is lavender in color; sweeten with honey

Step 3: Fill a Mason jar with ice; pour lemon juice until jar is 1/3 full; pour steeped lavender tea and then top with lemon juice.

Step 4: Garnish with a lemon slice.

*TIP: Add less or more lemon juice to make Lavender Lemonade less or more sour tasting.
