Easy Banana Bread Recipe To Enhance Your Tea Time

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups All-Purpose Flour

  • 1 tsp. Baking Soda

  • 1 tsp. Baking Powder

  • 1/4 tsp. Salt

  • 2 Large Eggs

  • 1 cup Sugar

  • 1/2 cup La Tourangelle Roasted Walnut Oil

  • 1 1/2 cup or 3-4 Ripe Bananas, mashed

  • 1 tsp. Vanilla

  • 1 tbsp. Cinnamon

Optional: (the Banana Bread in photos does not have Walnuts or Chocolate Chips)

  • 3/4 cups Walnuts

  • 3/4 cups Chocolate Chips

 

Instructions

Step 1: Preheat oven to 350 degree Fahrenheit; grease and flour the bread pan.

Step 2: Sift Flour, Baking Soda, Baking Powder, Cinnamon and Salt in a bowl.

Step 3: Beat Eggs and Sugar in large bowl until well blended; gradually mix in La Tourangelle Roasted Walnut Oil; add Bananas and Vanilla.

Step 4: Fold in Flour mixture; add Walnuts and Chocolate Chips

Step 5: Pour into bread pan and bake until middle is done (1 hour to 1 hour and 15 minutes)

Step 6: Let cool before removing from pan.

Step 7: Serve and Enjoy!

I did not put Walnuts or Chocolate Chips in the Banana Bread Recipe this time around but it is delicious with or without. Sometimes I’m in a nutty mood…and sometimes I’m not…(lol)
