HIGH{tea}FASHION
Tea and Fashion turn the pages to the tale of Spring 2016 in a collaboration involving 1 tea sipping bookworm (me) and 5 fashion bloggers! Watch as these fashion bloggers sip 4 unique teas and then create high{tea}fashion from their inspiration! Are you ready to sip fashionably ever after?
Jerica, founder of Daily Dose by J. is a fashion and style enthusiast residing in the States (Witchita, KS) with a love for home décor and crafty DIY projects. Today, her fashion creativity is inspired by Cape Town Rooibos (The Tao of Tea).
"The tea is filled with blends of red rose petals, chamomile, lemon verbena, spearmint, and orange peel. The romper has all of those colors and gives it a warm and vibe feel that the tea has."
-Jerica, Daily Dose by J.
"The jacket, I threw over my shoulders to resemble a cape, which gives it a literal connection to the actual name of the tea."
-Jerica, Daily Dose by J.
THE MANI by
Megan | THE FAUX PARISIAN
"Jerica's look has some great muted colors and I really felt a matte look would suit it best. With this look I decided to focus on a single accent nail to give it a unique twist so that her nails wouldn't blend in against the pattern of her outfit but instead subtly complement it." - Megan

TEA REVIEW TUESDAY
Check out my honest review of Cape Town Rooibos by The Tao of Tea!
Anastasia is an Italian student living in The United Emirates and the writer behind NIEDSANO, a place that inspires readers to have an open mind. You will find more creativeness regarding this outfit on her blog! Today, she explores Hibiscus Ginger (The Tao of Tea) for inspiration to create a vibrant spring outfit.
"Spring is the time when flowers start to bloom, the beaches are packed with people and those sun dresses are beginning to be worn as the weather gets hotter in Abu Dhabi."
-Anastasia, NIEDSANO
"The Hibiscus Ginger Tea is a red mixed with a dark orange colour... Nothing represents spring better than flowers..."
-Anastasia, NIEDSANO
THE MANI by
Megan | THE FAUX PARISIAN
"For Anastasia's look I wanted something bright and tropical feeling so I went with this great Spring/Summer color by Essie with a bright spin on a classic French tip using a neon yellow. I used Blanc by Essie underneath the yellow to be sure it popped." - Megan

Nele is the fashion blogger behind Di Moda, Italian for “about fashion”. From Germany, she engages the world with her passion for fashion, her trend and beauty updates and must-have reveals. Rose Petal Black (The Tao of Tea) is her inspiration. See as she shows us just how simple, elegant and soft the rose can be all the while displaying the strength of black tea.
"I chose the blazer and the shoes because the color reminded me of roses..."
-Nele, Di Moda
"I chose the jeans to be black...because the strong black tea taste is softened by the taste of roses..."
-Nele, Di Moda
THE MANI by
Megan | THE FAUX PARISIAN
"Nele's look is really tailored and neutral but with an obvious femininity to it so instead of a loud, bright color I opted for a pearlescent and slightly artistic neutral nail. The rose gold and white on their own are great but by laying a coat of Arm Candy by Sally Hansen on top it gives it a nice hint of pearly pink to tone it down." - Megan

Annabell, a fashion designer major in Texas also expresses her style as a fashion blogger on The Arog Blog. She invites all to ‘come on down’ to see her life as it revolves around her passion for fashion. Annabell works for Nha Khanh, a well-known Dallas fashion designer so don’t take her inspiration lightly! Today, she is working with Genmaicha Green Tea and Toasted Rice (The Tao of Tea) creating an outfit that truly speaks to the fresh and clean feeling of Spring.
"Tea lover/blogger Gabie, from Tea End Blog, asked me to style an outfit inspired by Genmaicha. I couldn't be more excited about our collaboration. I love working on fun projects, and tea makes me feel fancy so why not?"
-Annabell, The Arog Blog
"Genmaicha tea, is a loose leaf green tea that contains roasted grains of rice...I wanted to keep my outfit super relaxed. A loose fit top, with some very, and I mean VERY, comfortable wedges."
-Annabell, The Arog Blog
THE MANI by
Megan | THE FAUX PARISIAN
"Annabell's look is very organic and relaxed so I wanted a frill-free nail but with a bit of personality so I went with this great neutral and just added some simple detail that would grab the eye but not distract from the care-free style." - Megan

A whole bunch of thanks!
I would like to take this moment to thank all five of the fashion bloggers that worked on this project with me and took time out of their busy schedules to collaborate towards HIGH{tea}FASHION's success. In a world full of bickering and violence between women, it is beautiful when they can come together to be creative and free!
Individually, I would like to thank Megan from THE FAUX PARISIAN a close friend that is more like a sister, I am glad that we share some of the same hobbies! Annabell from The Arog Blog, a true accredited fashion designer with many talents who humbled herself to collaborate with me and Tea End Blog. Nele from Di Moda shows that there are really no lines that separate us all, from Lippetal, Germany to Dallas, Texas USA she is able to spread her delicate and feminine fashion sense and we women are able to spread positivity. Jerica from Daily Dose by J., a lady who exudes peace and love and is truly fashionable, I am so glad that you have returned to the blogging ranks! Last but definitely not least, Anastasia, an Italian student living in Abu Dhabi and shedding her vigor for life, her love for fashion and her beautiful photos of confidence, energy and passion. Thank you so much ladies and may you all keep sipping happily and fashionably ever after! Don't forget this tea sipping bookworm!
